This policy covers both kuyacoco.com and the Kuyacoco mobile app. You can use the website and browse results in the app without an account. Signing in with Google unlocks account-tied features — Kuyacoco Points, saved tickets with match alerts, and Premium — and involves the data described below.
1. Information We Collect
Without an account: we don't require sign-in to view results, check tickets, or browse history on the website or app. We use browser local storage / on-device storage only for preferences like view mode.
With a Google account (app): when you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google — used to identify your account, nothing else. We then store, tied to that account: your Kuyacoco Points balance, any tickets you save for the ticket-match checker (game, numbers, and a label you choose), your push-notification device token, and your subscription/purchase status if you buy Premium (processed through Google Play Billing — we never see your card details).
2. How We Use Your Information
Account data powers the features you turned on: matching your saved tickets against new draw results and alerting you, keeping your points balance in sync across devices, sending push notifications you've enabled (results, draw reminders), and verifying an active Premium subscription. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. Cookies, Local Storage & Push Tokens
The website uses local storage for view preferences only — no third-party tracking cookies. The app stores a Firebase Cloud Messaging token on our server so we can deliver the push notifications you've opted into; you can disable notifications anytime in the app's settings.
4. Data Storage and Security
Account and app data is stored on our servers, tied to your account, and is never publicly visible — saved tickets, points, and push tokens are only readable by your signed-in session. Comments you post publicly (name and text) are visible to other visitors, same as any public comment section.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Google Sign-In for authentication, Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, and Google Play Billing for Premium subscriptions. Each is governed by Google's own privacy policy in addition to this one. The website itself has no third-party advertising or tracking beyond what's described here.
6. Your Rights
You can delete your saved tickets anytime in the app. To delete your account and all associated data (points, tickets, push token, purchase history), email us — see Contact Us. We'll confirm and process deletion within a reasonable time.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app's features change. Continued use of the website or app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
