By using kuyacoco.com or the Kuyacoco mobile app ("Kuyacoco", "we", "us") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or app.

1. Informational use only
Kuyacoco publishes PCSO lotto results, statistics, schedules and guides for information and news purposes. We work to keep results accurate, but delays and errors can happen. Always verify results at pcso.gov.ph or with PCSO before claiming a prize. The official PCSO results are the only ones that count.

2. Not affiliated with PCSO or the government
Kuyacoco is independently operated. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by PCSO, PAGCOR, or any government entity. See our Disclaimer.

3. No gambling services
We do not sell lottery tickets, take bets, or operate any gambling or wagering service. Statistics, "hot" and "cold" numbers and the lucky number generator are for entertainment only. Lotto draws are random and nothing on Kuyacoco can predict results.

4. Age
You must be 18 or older to play PCSO lotto games and to enter the monthly raffle. The website and app are not directed at children under 13. See our Privacy Policy.

5. App, Premium and points
Some app features need a Google sign-in. Kuyacoco Premium is a subscription billed through Google Play, and Google Play's own terms apply to the purchase and to cancelling or refunding it. Kuyacoco Points are a loyalty feature explained on our Rewards page: points have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, or transferred, and they can be redeemed only for Premium time. We may change how points are earned or redeemed.

6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website or app: no scraping our data in bulk, no attempts to break or overload the service, no automated farming of points or raffle entries, and no unlawful or abusive comments. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Content and links
The text, design and tools on Kuyacoco belong to us. Draw results are public facts from PCSO. You may link to our pages, but do not copy them in bulk. We link to third-party sites, such as PCSO and Google, and are not responsible for their content.

8. Limitation of liability
Kuyacoco is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss, including a missed or lost prize, arising from errors, delays or interruptions in the results or from your use of the website or app.

9. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
