4D Lotto asks you to pick four digits, each from 0 to 9, and match them in exact order. Each of the four positions is drawn independently, so repeated digits are allowed — 7-7-2-7 is a valid result.
Four positions with ten possibilities each gives 10 × 10 × 10 × 10 = 10,000 possible outcomes. That makes 4D dramatically more winnable than any of the six-ball games: its jackpot odds are roughly 500 times better than 6/42, the most winnable ball game.
The trade-off is prize size. 4D's first prize is a fixed sum rather than a rolling jackpot, so it does not accumulate into the headline figures the ball games produce. This is a game for people who would rather win something modest occasionally than something enormous essentially never.
4D Lotto is drawn Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 PM Philippine time — the alternating schedule to 6D, which takes Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Mark four digits in order on the play slip, or take Lucky Pick. A play costs ₱25. As with 6D, there is no any-order option — the sequence you choose is the sequence that must be drawn.
Like 6D, 4D pays for partial matches counted from the last digit backwards.
