Super Lotto 6/49 asks for six numbers from 1 to 49, matched in any order for the jackpot. There are 13,983,816 possible combinations.
If that number looks oddly familiar, there is a reason. 6/49 is the most widely used lottery format in the world — national lotteries across Europe, Canada, and Asia have run the identical structure for decades. It endures because it lands in a genuine sweet spot: large enough that jackpots accumulate into headline figures, small enough that real people win them at a visible rate.
Super Lotto is drawn Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 9:00 PM Philippine time.
Sunday and Tuesday draws share the night with 6/58 Ultra Lotto. Since both are six-ball games with similarly formatted results, take care to read the correct row when checking a ticket on those nights.
Mark six numbers from 1 to 49, or request Lucky Pick. A play costs ₱25 per combination, and system play is available if you want the terminal to generate every combination from a larger set of numbers.
One practical note specific to 6/49: because the pool stops at 49, a very large share of players fill their tickets entirely with calendar dates — birthdays, anniversaries, and the like, all falling between 1 and 31. That clustering does not affect your odds of winning, but it does mean combinations drawn from the low end of the range are shared among more winners when they hit. Numbers from 32 to 49 are statistically identical and considerably less crowded.

Super Lotto's jackpot odds are close to three times better than 6/58, and its consolation tier — matching three numbers — comes up at roughly 1 in 57, frequent enough that regular players hit it with some regularity.

Super Lotto is the reasonable default for a player who wants a jackpot large enough to be genuinely life-changing without accepting the extreme odds of 6/58. It is materially easier to win than 6/55 Grand Lotto while still carrying a substantial prize.
